I Put Disco in the Driver's Seat

I've been working through a mass of music and I'm back to share some upbeat songs that will bang your speakers out. Let me start with this awesome track by Dolby Anol. I hadn't heard anything about these dudes until around last week. They're from the Glasgow and apparently have done a few remixes. I'm definitely going to keep my eye on them from now on. Check out this song and see what I mean.
Dolby Anol - Cameroon (320 kbps)

Cassian has always had my ear ever since they remixed Miami Horror a little bit ago and this remix of Tokyo Getaway keeps on with the flowy, smooth beats they've become known for. Pick it up and definitely grab the Miami Horror remix.
Polygon Palace - Tokyo Getaway (Cassian Remix) (320 kbps)
Miami Horror - Make You Mine (Cassian Remix) (128 kbps)

This VanGaurd track is really drivey and fun to listen to. Think Danger without the feeling that you're in the 80's.
VanGuard - Femme Fatale (320 kbps)

I just got a taste of Flux Pavilion, a sick dude from Southeast London, and the feeling is good. I haven't had the time to check him out thoroughly but this tune definitely gives me something to dig on. I'm going to give him a better listen but until then let this song rock your dome. Really Rusko-esk glitched out dub in there but without biting his style completely. Solid work.
Flux Pavilion - Night Goes On (112kbps)(Sorry about the low quality. I can't seem to find anything better.)

Finally, I'll leave you with Kissy Sell Out. Solid Dj from Essex that's done some work with Herve; can't go wrong with that. Anyway, the vocal distortions on this Noisettes remix are great and the song builds nicely. I put up another really great song by him and Herve that I suggest getting a hold of. Both are more than listenable so don't miss out.
Noisettes - Wild Young Hearts (Kissy Sell Out Remix) (209 kbps)
Kissy Sell Out - Rikkalicious (320 kbps)

Bonus:
I tried to let it go but I can't not post up Borgore. Sick Israeli Dubstep fool and when I say sick, I mean utterly filthy. Grimey synths, murderous bass drops, and downright offensive lyrics. What's not to love?
Borgore - Act Like a Ho (128 kbps)
Borgore - Love (320 kbps)
Borgore - Ice Cream (128 kbps)

Young Guns

Hello Comrades, since this is my first post on this brand spankin' new blog I thought I'd share with you my favorite new breakthrough producers who are sitting on some new material thats got a lot of people talking. First up, I somehow doubt it's not news to you that Breakbot has recently signed to Pedro Winter's (Busy P) very own record label Ed Banger. His Forthcoming EP "Baby I'm Yours" is scheduled to drop this Valentines day and is definitely going to be#1 on my "Funky Groove To Fuck To/Wake Up Alone With a Box of Sweethearts and a Champagne Hangover" Playlist this Valentines. The EP should include the title song "Baby I'm Yours" that features Irfane a parisian singer and 1/2 of the indie duo Outlines also hailing from the French Capital. The EP will also include remixes from German sensation Siriusmo and La Funk Mob the two fantastic Frenchmen, Philippe Zdar and Boom Bass that make up the über influential production duo Cassius in their spare time. Enjoy!

Up next we have have ANOTHER exiting new french duo BeatauCue who have been getting mad ups for a wave of new fantastic remixes over the past few months. With new remixs for Designer Drugs and SonicC due out on L.A. based labels iheartcomix and Dim Mak very soon it looks like we can expect much from these two in 2010.

Talking 'bout SonicC we have some new stuff from the young Miamian who was recently recruited by the one and only Steve Aoki, Producer/ Dim Mak Founder/ Designer/ Celebrity/ Korean BBQ Owner/ Women's Studies Major/Kid Millionaire. With a newly inked deal with Dim Mak it looks like SonicC's got a big year coming.

P-H-O-E-N-I-X

Phoenix played here in Portland's Crystal Ballroom on Sunday and we were lucky enough to get in. The crowd was huge and the show was sold out pretty quickly which was impressive. The show was epic and, honestly, much better than I expected. For becoming basically a pop band they played one hell of a show and changed around the songs well enough. They switched up Everything is Everything into this really slow, mellow number which was pretty decent. It's hard to complain when they played basically everything I wanted to hear, old and new. Definitely covered my favorites: Armistice, Run, If I Ever Feel Better, and a really wicked dirty version of Funky Squaredance. Phoenix has been getting pretty big lately, especially after the release of Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix, which unleashed wave after wave of remixes. I'll admit it, I was sick of hearing new versions of Lisztomania and 1901 after the 3 months in which basically every blog had a new remix on every page. So in true original fashion, I'm doing one as well.

I'm not going to put up the original Lisztomania or 1901 because you should have them already. Honestly, feel a little shame. They're great songs. Seriously. But in case you've wanted to check out some great remixes pick these up. Alex Metric does a great job with Lisztomania, as does Classixx. The Friendly Fires Fences is awesome too. Both of the 1901 songs are great too, but not astounding. If you're bored of the original check them out. Otherwise you'll be alright. I've also thrown up If I Ever Feel Better and Armistice because they are by far my favorite songs, both catchy and fun as hell.

Phoenix - Lisztomania (Alex Metric Remix) (224 kbps)
Phoenix - Lisztomania (Classixx Remix) (202 kbps)
Phoenix - Fences (Friendly Fires Remix) (320 kbps)

Phoenix - 1901(The Garage Band Teenagers Remix) (192 kbps)
Phoenix - 1901 (What Kind of Breeze Do You Blow _E-Mix) (320 kbps)

Phoenix - If I Ever Feel Better (128 kbps)
Phoenix - Armistice (160 kbps)
Sick show Phoenix. Come back to Portland again.

Bonus:
Ocelot - Our Time (Bird Peterson Remix) (320 kbps)
(The original song is definitely something you should pick up but Bird Peterson lays some glitchy bass lines that add some grime. Give it a listen.)

First Post, Great Beats

Welcome to Noise Trade. We love music. Specifically banging music that will rock your socks into the bottom of your shoes and back up again. The type of music that makes your body rock even when you're eating dinner with your grandma. That music. So tune in when you can. Much love.

I'm going to start this off with some of the great new beats that have been dropping, specifically SebastiAn's Threnody. For those who didn't like listening to 10 minutes of build up but loved that last 45 seconds or so of hard hitting magic that he drops, check out this Capt and Cooked Remix. Real hard, real filthy, real good.
SebastiAn - Threnody (Capt and Cooked Remix) (320 kbps)

I've been getting really into Richie Beretta lately. Definitely check these tracks out. Zombie Prom Night a definite new favorite.
Richie Beretta - Nitefist (320 kbps)
Richie Beretta - Zombie Prom Night (320 kbps)

I picked up on this French Dj, Thony Ritz, who's Overdrive track is nasty. Grab it and give it a thorough wash through your head.
Thony Ritz - Overdrive (320 kbps)

I'll finish off with Uffie's new track MC's Can Kiss which is utterly beautiful. I love Uffie's tunes because she's one of the only female MC with fantastic producers (Thank you Ed Banger) and doesn't constantly spout trash about how she is constantly getting railed more than cocaine off a club bathroom's toilet. I've added my favorite remix as well by Starkey. Enjoy people.
Uffie - MC's Can Kiss (320 kbps)
Uffie - MC's Can Kiss (Starkey Redid) (320 kbps)
